Not satisfied or accidentally ordered the wrong item? You have 60 days to return your order (or part of it) to us free of charge. After registering your return via the link below, you have 14 days to return the product. We will then refund the purchase price, including any shipping costs paid when ordering, as soon as possible—usually within 5 business days and no later than 14 days.

If possible, please use a box measuring no more than 15*30*30 cm for returns, as this will fit easily through our letterbox. Larger shipments may result in additional processing time.
