Working day before 11:45 p.m. = same day shipping
Orders placed on weekdays before 11:45 p.m. will be shipped the same day and usually delivered two days later. Orders placed on Saturdays before 6:00 p.m. will be delivered on Saturdays. Orders placed on Saturdays after 6:00 p.m. and orders placed on Sundays will be shipped on Monday and usually delivered two days later.
Cost
Shipping costs at Allcam are free for orders over $50; for orders below this amount, shipping costs are $5.95. For orders of $50 or more consisting of multiple items, if part of the order is returned and the remaining amount is less than $50, we are required to deduct $5.95 shipping costs from the refund.
Not at home?
No problem! If you are not at home on the first attempt, the courier will try to deliver the package to a neighbor. If this is not possible, they will pick up the package and try again next time. After two attempts, the package will be delivered to a nearby pickup address. The courier will leave a note with the details in your mailbox.
